Google Algorithm Update
Rumor has it (within the SEO community) that Google’s algorithm updated again this month
Any site owner that monitors daily rankings may have noticed last week some dramatic shifts in the algorithm. Many sites reported major jumps to top 10 pages, what they didn’t realize is that many of these sites would then have dropped right back down a few days later. If your site crept up and stayed up, this would have been a good sign. It seems that Google may have been doing some tests before finally settling on it’s top ten sites for relevant keywords.
After a week or so of analysis there are some that say Google is now putting more weight back on domain age, backlinks, and page rank.
