Google in Growing New York?
Although Google has about 100,000sqft of offices located at 1440 Broadway in Times Square, rumor has it that Google is looking to obtain new offices in the big apple! From what we hear, the proposed site is a building that that has 18 stories, stands 264 feet tall and was built in the 1930’s. People rumor that Google will take 2 or 3 floors in the building ranging about 170,000 square feet. It’s located at 111 8th St. Other companies in the building include:
