Google Sitelinks-What They are And How to Get Them
Google sitelinks are the links that appear below the first result when you search for a name of a site or blog. Google put sitelinks into usage to assist users to find the information inside the websites internal pages, basically giving you shortcuts to them from the actual search page. This is the reason that the links only show up when you search for the exact name of a website (and not when you search for a keyword, service, or product that a site might offer).
We did a quick screenshot of sitelinks for Dell.com so that you have a clearer idea of what we’re talking about, see below:

Sitelinks are nothing more shortcuts in the search results to help the searcher navigate to a website with ease. There is no exact process to enable sitelinks for your site. Instead Google takes care of sitelinks through an algorithm and you will get sitelinks when your site is thought to have authority or good navigational structure (or both). If you continuously publish quality content and keep promoting your site you may eventually see sitelinks under your business or domain name in a Google Search.
Of course, the benefits of having sitelinks are that you will get an increase in traffic to your site due to the increased exposure in the search results – people can get where they’re going quicker too. You will also earn credibility from having sitelinks. When surfers stumble across sitelinks they often perceive those sites and blogs as being more professional, they also can get a reassurance from Google that your site content is good.
