Normally, they argue that they buy links for direct click-through traffic, but in fact these links are used for SEO purposes because links purchased from sites are placed in prominent positions to attract direct clicks.
Even though this practice has the possibility of a search engine blacklisting, this hasn’t discouraged webmasters and website owners from taking the risk. But if you have honest rich content in your web site then you can go and purchase a link.
The links on relevant sites are more powerful and should be the primary focus of your link buying efforts. The link text is the text used in the link pointing to your site. This text should ideally be one of your primary keywords for the page that you are linking too. Optimizing the anchor text of your links can have a massive result on your rankings.
Remember though, if you really want to dominate search engines, you should aim to increase your rankings organically, not artificially through paid-for links.
