Lead Generation Form Spam
Are your website forms getting spammed? One way to help reduce the amount of form spam you get is to add CAPTCHA to your forms. CAPTCHA stands for “Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart”.
CAPTCHA is an image verification tool used to display unique numbers or letters to the site visitor who wishes to submit a form. The image contains a string of characters that the site visitor must type into the specified input box. If the string is correctly typed in the form response will be processed as usual. Otherwise, another CAPTCHA image will be generated and displayed for the visitor to try again. Spam bots can’t see the images in the code, so many bots can’t use your form for spamming.
