What is Google Sandbox?
Google Sandbox is a filter put in place by Google that affects almost every new website. Google puts each new website in a kind of probation category, this is what is called “The Sandbox”.
This “probation” label often results in these new websites getting on the search engines results page much quicker than would be expected and they could even do well performance wise for a number of days.
When a new website is put in the “Sandbox” it will still be a part of search results but it won’t have a good ranking if any at all. This is in spite of the quality of the content on the web page and the backlinks associated with it.
Google Sandbox in effect prohibits in some way every new website from being as successful as it can be in the short run, in terms of search engine placement on the results pages.
